Terms and Conditions
Review required: CPC must confirm the final policy details before the website is published.
About CPC and these terms
Cerebral Power Conditioning Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 15730681. Its registered office is 38 Chantry Way, Andover, England, SP10 1LZ. Contact hello@cerebralpowerconditioning.com or 01962 656330.
These terms cover this website and the proposed arrangements for CPC's in-house workplace resilience workshops. The customer is the person or organisation making the booking; a delegate is a participant. Someone booking on behalf of an organisation must have authority to do so.
Professional boundaries
The workshops develop practical management skills. Website material is not medical, psychological, employment-law or other individual professional advice. Training does not qualify participants to diagnose or treat mental-health conditions.
Workshop enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. The scope, price, dates, location, payment and cancellation terms will be agreed separately in writing. Published format descriptions are subject to the agreed booking scope.
CPC confirms acceptance of a booking by email. A tailored engagement may also have an agreed written scope. Please check the confirmation, participant numbers, venue requirements, inclusions, taxes and expenses before accepting.
Payment
In-house workshops are invoiced after delivery, once final participant numbers and any agreed expenses have been confirmed. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. The total fee, any applicable VAT and any additional expenses will be agreed in writing before the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Send booking, cancellation and rescheduling requests to hello@cerebralpowerconditioning.com. Cancellation charges, substitutions and refunds must be provided in the written booking terms before a booking is confirmed.
Remaining decision: the old terms contain two conflicting cancellation schedules. The proposed in-house schedule is 20% of the agreed workshop fee for 8–14 days' notice and 40% for 7 days or less, plus agreed non-refundable expenses and development costs already incurred. CPC still needs to approve this schedule, treatment of earlier cancellations, rescheduling and cancellation by CPC. It is not yet an operative cancellation policy. The unrelated e-learning, visa and example email provisions have not been carried forward.
Participation and delivery
Delegates must follow reasonable health, safety and venue requirements and treat other participants respectfully. CPC may ask a participant to leave where behaviour disrupts the session or creates a safety concern. Any financial consequence should be specified in the agreed booking terms. CPC may substitute a suitably qualified facilitator. Training develops practical skills; it does not guarantee a particular health, retention, productivity or financial outcome.
Confidentiality and materials
The parties should protect confidential business information shared for the workshop and use it only for the agreed purpose, except where disclosure is legally required or the information is already lawfully public. Participants should use anonymised scenarios and avoid sharing colleagues' personal health information.
Training materials belong to CPC or the relevant rights holder. Use is subject to the permission supplied with the workshop. Commercial copying, redistribution or resale requires permission unless the law permits it. Website links may be shared; permission to view a resource is not permission to republish it.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Any financial liability cap or indemnity for the training contract requires separate review and agreement; the apparent error in the old liability clause has not been reproduced.
Content and external links
CPC aims to keep its information accurate. External links lead to services and information controlled by their respective providers. Website content may not be republished commercially without appropriate permission.
Changes and final approval
A website update does not by itself change an existing booking agreement. This business-specific revision was prepared on 28 September 2026 from CPC's existing terms and its new workshop brief. Final commercial choices and CPC approval are still required; this is not a guarantee of legal compliance.
