Notice people as individuals
Start with what has changed for that person. Stay curious about the circumstances instead of assuming the cause.
Cerebral Power Conditioning was founded to make practical workplace resilience training accessible to smaller businesses and the people who lead their teams.

When a small team is stretched, the effects are personal. Work slows down, relationships become harder and the people you rely on can begin to struggle.
Tony Wand founded CPC on the belief that resilience support shouldn’t be designed and priced only for large organisations with dedicated benefits teams. His background spans more than three decades in sales and marketing, and the business reflects his interest in practical support for people at work.
The gap has been particularly visible in the IT sector: high demands and lean teams, with limited support designed around their circumstances. CPC's response is a focused workshop that gives managers useful skills without a lengthy rollout.
A supportive workplace is shaped in the moments between formal policies: how a manager reacts to a mistake, whether a concern is heard and whether an agreed change actually happens.
That’s where CPC focuses. We bring business and people experience together to help managers become more confident in those moments.
Start with what has changed for that person. Stay curious about the circumstances instead of assuming the cause.
Try examples, discussion and rehearsal that connect the workshop to your working day.
Help managers act constructively and recognise when another source of support is needed.
Our team combines leadership, HR, facilitation, coaching and clinical experience. Those perspectives help keep the programme relevant to real businesses and clear about the boundaries of workplace training.
