Who we are
Cerebral Power Conditioning Limited, company number 15730681, provides workplace resilience training. Our contact address is Chantry House, 38 Chantry Way, Andover, SP10 1LZ. For privacy enquiries, email hello@cerebralpowerconditioning.com.
Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, business name and a short message. Please do not include personal health information about yourself or other people. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you have asked about.
Conversation card deck requests
You can save or print the conversation deck without providing contact details. If you ask for it by email, we collect your name and email address to send the deck and send a request notification to hello@cerebralpowerconditioning.com. We do not include your chosen scenario. The optional workshop-contact box records whether you would like CPC to contact you about workshops; it is not required to receive the deck and does not subscribe you to a mailing list. You can ask CPC to stop this follow-up at any time.
Why we use your information
CPC is the controller of the personal information it collects for enquiries and workshop arrangements. We use business contact details and correspondence to answer your questions, prepare proposals and arrange the service you request. Our lawful basis for contact with people representing a business is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and delivering our services. Where you personally enter a contract with us, we use information necessary to take steps at your request or perform that contract. We may also keep records to meet legal obligations.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. This website does not carry out automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects. The form is not a health assessment; personal health disclosures are not required.
Technical information and security
The enquiry service processes an IP-derived identifier to limit repeated submissions, with a ten-minute application expiry. Hosting systems may separately record IP addresses, requested pages, times and browser information for operation and security. Protecting the website against misuse is a legitimate interest. Please do not submit confidential medical information through this form.
Who receives your information
The intended live service sends your enquiry to hello@cerebralpowerconditioning.com. Relevant CPC personnel use it to respond. Hosting, email and IT support suppliers may process information on our behalf, and professional advisers or authorities may receive information where necessary for advice or legal obligations. CPC does not sell enquiry details.
Launch confirmation required: identify the final hosting, email and any CRM suppliers, processing locations and international transfer arrangements. If restricted overseas transfers occur, explain the applicable adequacy decision or safeguards and how to obtain information about them.
Retention
Information should be kept only for as long as needed for the enquiry, service or legal purpose, then deleted or anonymised.
Proposed for CPC approval: delete unsuccessful enquiries 12 months after the last meaningful contact unless there is a documented reason to retain them. Confirm separate periods for client records, accounts, security logs and backups, and the process for deletion. This proposal is not a statement of CPC's existing practice.
Your choices and rights
You can contact CPC about the information it holds about you. Depending on the circumstances, data protection rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Rights may be subject to exceptions, including legal record-keeping duties. We normally respond within one month; where a lawful extension is necessary, we will explain why. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You do not need to contact us before complaining to the ICO, although we welcome the opportunity to resolve your concern.
